We found just a couple opportunities for improvement. The casino, while smokier than we're comfortable with, was not intolerable and it was fun to play a few hands of blackjack while having a cocktail. In room dining was prompt and friendly, and when they made a mistake on one of our orders, they corrected it and deducted the charge for the item within 10 minutes. The bed was comfortable and afforded a good night's sleep. We appreciated the modern décor and the overall room set up. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and stylish, especially for an interstate town in the middle of nowhere. We didn't care, but it was nice they cared enough to notify guests. Check in was polite and efficient, and the desk agent advised us of the fireworks and possible noise from the fireworks that might last until midnight.
We spent two nights at Tulalip Resort over Independence Day in order to escape the madness of our neighborhood during the holiday.
